Uptone Audio products are sold on a direct basis worldwide via this web site. We are experienced in international sales and shipping (overseas sales account for half of our business).
Our products are retail priced for direct sale. If we priced to allow room for the 40~55% discounts traditionally demanded by dealers and distributors, then the retail sales prices of our products would be nearly double.
However, UpTone products are so unique and in high demand that many international dealers have approached us over the years. A few desired to represent us so greatly that they have agreed to work from just the paltry 10~15% discount (and free-freight) that we could squeeze in for them.
We are grateful to have these fine dealers as they are each expert in providing sales, support, and service in the regions they serve.
